The Films and Style of Alfred Hitchcock deserves to be analyzed in depth. We want this to be a Forum where this can take place. Our task to make this a comprehensive study on the films and style of Alfred Hitchcock. This would be a whole lot easier if we could get a few thousand of our closest friends, and fellow Hitchcock fans, to help out. Please send us any information you might have and if you can tell us where you got your info all the better.

Here are some questions we dont have answers to:

1. Both Janet Leigh and Antony Perkins were doubled for some of the shots in the shower sequence. Who were the doubles? Kari Salminen tells us that Marli Renfro doubled Janet Leigh and Tye Thede and Don Piraino tells us that Margo Epper doubled Antony Perkins. Thanks everyone.

2. Legend has it that the Shower Sequence in Psycho took 7 days to shoot. Is this true? What were the dates? Again thanks to Kari Salminen we have found out that the Sequence's photography began on December 18, 1959 and continued from the twenty-first through the twenty-third".

3. The Shower sequence was shot at Universal Studios. Does anyone know which sound stage it was shot on? Answer: Stage 18A. Thanks to Rod Boroughs.

4. If anyone has an exact frame count for each shot in the shower sequence please let us know.
